Tuesday, December 28, 2010 - From 375ml. Opened and served right away. Very fruity nose of apple juice and ripe pears with hints of toast. Sweeter flavours similar of apple and pear. Overall delicious, albeit sweeter Champagne. A little too sweet for my tastes. This bottle was quite youthful and a few years might add some secondary flavours which would be welcomed. Drink or hold. Good. 85+
