Monday, June 27, 2011 - 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. 20% Reserve wines. 2 yrs aging on less. Light golden yellow color with plenty of pin prick bubbles. Recalcitrant nose offered faint apple notes, and yeasty/dough aromas conspicuously absent. On the palate soft creamy mousse, medium bodied, and closer to off-dry, than dry, with ripe apple and a touch of red berry flavors. Medium-long finish.
