Wednesday, November 2, 2011 - Off the Esplande Theatre Bar at a K.D. Lang concert. Same impressions with the last outing - surprisingly decent. A nose of yeast and lemons leads into a fresh, well-balanced palate lined with more lemon and apples notes. This was very drinkable indeed. The finish exited with yet another little touch of yeast, the whole packaged wrapped in a little creamy mousse. This had probably been opened for awhile before we got to it, so while it was nicely mellow, it seemed to lack a bit of the fresh liveliness of the last bottle. Still, a very decent NV.
