Monday, December 26, 2011 - This was very good. It was fresh and young but had class. It opened with nice pinot fruit, background light apple and citrus. It was mostly fruit driven but after some time, and perhaps warming in the glass, light yeast developed. It had a classy feel in the mouth for a bottom tier cuvee and finished with a dry pleasant lift. Overall, enjoyable, solid components, well made.
