Friday, November 24, 2006 - Nice everyday Champagne... very pale straw color. Citrus, lemon, yeast and bread on the nose. Plenty of citrus on the palate as well with nice acidity, but it is a touch tart. Finish is a little hollow as well as it cuts off at the mid palate.
