Saturday, October 19, 2013 - Very carbonated in the glass with moderate size bubbles. Mostly citrus driven on the nose with hints of green apple and floral notes. Very clean and crisp on the palate with light citrus flavors and a touch of minerality on the back end. Strong acidity with a clean finish. Very solid champagne but lacking a little depth.
