Wednesday, December 4, 2013 - Tight, focused, crisp, bone dry. Lemon drops, lots of mineral, toasty yeast, ginger, some tart apple. Clean finish. Kind of ginger ale-like. Fine mousse, light bright color. Serve very cold and pour fresh - it fades quickly. A party crowd pleaser when very dry and easy drinking is called for.
