Saturday, January 2, 2016 - A pale yellow colour. Bright with small bubbles. No legs or tears.
A light, mineral aroma, there is a hint of lemon and other citrus fruit.
A sharp, clean taste. The flavour starts off with a chalky, mineral taste, then a potent citrus fruit flavour towards the end.
