Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Medium plus lemon with small to medium bubbles. The nose is clean, with lemon, lime, fuji apple, toasted hazelnuts and freshly baked brioche. The nose is medium in intensity and developing. The palate is dry and has flavors consistent with the nose. Predominantly lemon-lime at first, with an earthy finish. The acidity is medium plus, the alcohol, body, flavor intensity and finish are medium. This is a very good, elegant, balanced sparkler. Drink now, not intended for ageing.
