Friday, September 9, 2016 - It has been almost 5 years since I had my last bottle of Piper-Heidsieck.
This bottle (released in 2015 according to the shoulder-print) was a bit more nutty and yeasty than last time, as far as I remember. Very nice mousse!

1/15/2017 12:19:00 PM - It was a nice late summer evening with my wife; I think we had homemade Flammkuchen (tarte flambée) with it.
I got two more bottles as christmas presents last month, looking forward to it!
