Thursday, October 27, 2016 - Color: Pale yellow. Nose: Bread, a hint of something fruity. Mouth: Fine mousse. Bready and nutty and a hint of apple and pear. The remainder in the bottle after having spent 4 days in the fridge has nothing lost of its freshness.
