Friday, February 15, 2008 - Served from a two year old baby piper (187ml). Slightly oxidized, but this adds to the complexity of the wine. Toast, brioche, and almonds dominate with a bit of lemon curd and baked yellow apple. Still has refreshing acidity. Some don't like a little oxidation, but I didn't mind at all.
