Saturday, January 13, 2018 - Definitely Pinot dominated, there is a bredth to this while retaining a zippy freshness. Attractive green apple and fresh dough nose with a zing of lemon. Crisp and lifting, the mousse is a bit pedestrian, which probably broadens the palate. Very nice aperitif, particularly with almonds.
