Community Tasting Note

Friday, January 4, 2019 - Bought another three bottles last month for 22€ each.

We had the first two bottles within the first days of 2019, very consistent and enjoyable again!

Tasting note as for the previous five bottles:
"Light yellow colour, yeasty-fruity nose. Very nice mousse, good length with medium acidity. Quite refreshing lemon notes despite more heavy yeast and toast notes."
