Saturday, July 12, 2008 - Fête Nationale Française et Jour de l'Indépendance Américaine (Alameda): I'm not a fan of champagne, but I like this one. None of that bitter funky aftertaste that I've had on other Champagnes and no yeasty flavors. Works for me and paired suprisingly well with Fondue of Feta and herbs.
