Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - I had this with chicken enchiladas on 9/11/18. It had a rich, expressive bouquet of brioche, apple, pear, citrus, clove, ginger, spice and mineral aromas. The palate was rich, plush and dry with flavors of apple, pear, orange, bread, clove, ginger, spice and minerals.
