Sunday, December 22, 2019 - Stocked up another 5 bottles on christmas sale (22€), basically all the bottles the shop had left even though I went there on their first sales day.

Very reliable NV Champagne, similiar to Pommery and Feuillatte, already my seventh tasting note on CT for PH NV. A bit more crisp and less yeasty than I remember, maybe this bottle was younger than the others I had so far.
