Friday, December 27, 2019 - Supper at Ivan and Jo's (Jo & Ivan's, Marrickville): Lemon, slight cork taint, bread yeast. Quite sharp, medium plus intensity acidity, crisp almost crunchy mousse, that taint on the palate as well. I think I'm going to have to go FLAW.
