Sunday, October 26, 2008 - Classic color with a dense mousse and pint tip streamers. A defined toasty aroma spills into the air. Average on flavor but we're talking Champagne. It's moderately tart with a fluffy palate and a good finish. A specimen with a higher toast essence in aroma and good carry through on the tongue.
