Saturday, September 5, 2020 - A nice enough champagne, if somewhat uni-dimensional. Notes or lemon curd, pear, and yeast. Bubbles so refined that they are almost imperceptible. Not sure if that is good or bad. Not very complex. WS rating of 93 pts for this $31 champagne definitely generous.
