Friday, September 11, 2020 - Our Champagne to start the night & to drink a cheers to the 9/11 First Responders & our very own CA First Responders fighting all our many fires. #neverforget911

The nose shows brightness. Golden apple, bruise red apple & pear, white citrus, just a touch of lime candy, understated ginger, nougat w/ nuts, soft brown sugar with molasses speckled in, bread dough, shades of yeast, baguette crust, crushed volcanics, saline, sea fossils, limestone powder, fresh & wither spring flowers and old white lilies.

Nice rich, full mouthfeel. Golden apple, bruise red apple & pear, white citrus, just a touch of lime candy, mango & guava that has sat out awhile, understated ginger, nougat w/ nuts, soft brown sugar with molasses speckled in, cream soda, hues of unsalted, melted butter, bread dough, shades of yeast, baguette crust, white spice with just a touch of heat, crushed volcanics, saline, sea fossils, limestone powder, fresh & wither spring flowers old white lilies mixed in. Nice oxygenation with lively, softly crisp acidity. The finish is good...nicely balanced, smartly polish & unchanged wire to wire.

Good Costco value @ around $35
