Sunday, May 16, 2021 - Bottle no. 13 in the last couple of years. One of the best NV Champagne in this price range.
From my previous notes:
"Light yellow colour, yeasty-fruity nose. Very nice mousse, good length with medium acidity. Quite refreshing lemon notes despite more heavy yeast and toast notes. A bargain at 20€ on sale!"
