Wednesday, February 16, 2022 - Pale lemon in colour with persistent, medium to small bubble trail.
Somewhat restrained aromas of sour apple & biscuit.
On the palate, medium bodied tart apple, citrus, yeast/biscuit, slightly creamy mouthfeel, medium to high acidity & medium finish to crushed gravel.
At 12% ABV, slightly off dry, & reasonable flavour for an entry level NV champagne.
