Saturday, March 12, 2022 - This Pinot Noir bubbly shines, lovely apple and light oak toast notes, with a crisp finish and mouthfeel.

Enjoyed on the Paris to Abu Dhabi flight and looks like its also available here at the Etihad T3 lounge.

Paired super well with the Arabic mandi and fish I had for dinner on board today, and as the pre flight tipple, aperitif pre-meal and... with the Tandoori pre-landing snack too. Yes.. 4 glasses and then I snoozed beautifully ??
