Saturday, July 30, 2022 - This Magic Moment, Sweeter than Wine, Softer than a Summer's Nite; 7/29/2022-8/23/2022 (Alicante - España): Reference to a lot from 2005, so then trimmed and disgorged several times for sure.
Soft, fine bubble, a champagne attractively ready for consumption, brioche and citrus on the nose with a slight final bitterness on the palate.
It still meets all the expectations from a not very demanding audience. Don’t ask for much more. Sparkling wines are for summer.

Referencia a un lote del 2005, así que recorchada y degollada con posterioridad varias veces con total seguridad.
Suave, de fina burbuja, un champaña atractivamente listo para su consumo, brioche y cítricos en nariz con un ligero amargor final en boca.
Sigue cumpliendo con todas las expectativas de un público no muy exigente. No pidas mucho más. Los espumosos son para el verano.
