Thursday, January 20, 2022 - Pleasant and easy to drink, still holding onto some guava, peach, and pear notes with a very smooth entry and finish. This isn't going to get any better and probably won't pick up any interesting secondary or tertiary notes but is still drinking quite well.

Behaves better with some time to warm up, somewhere between 55-60 deg F
