Thursday, May 2, 2019 - Nice notes of tobacco and earth to supplement the dark fruit. Medium+ texture and density, medium acidity. Pleasant surprise as I was expecting more heat and stronger tannin. Drinking in early window of maturity. Good time to drink if you prefer more fruit but you can hold to get some more tertiary development.
