Saturday, June 4, 2022 - Drunk at Moon Bay Restaurant - Hong Kong - When this bottle was opened and poured almost immediately you knew it was going to be a treat. The sweetness on the nose together with the bright sparkle of the wine in the glass were the tell-tail signs that this was going to be a great Bordeaux performance. And so it was. That sweetness on the nose translated into a Goldilocks like experience on the palate that was truly almost impossible to put down. I'm sure Carly Simon was thinking about mature Bordeaux when she sung 'Nobody does it better"!
