Sunday, May 30, 2010 - Superb old cab, silky tannin, fruit mild but still there, no acescence, fine bouquet. Cork was perfect, bottle always well cellared. Decanted about 2.5 hours before drinking. Cheers, Mr. Tschelicheff.
