Wednesday, April 17, 2024 - A touch of animale to the nose along with plenty of earth. There are bacon fat notes and some wild herbs and other plant matter. It has berry fruit sweetness and wonderful presence and volume. It is rich and layered and the long finish is supported by sinewy tannins.
