Sunday, April 25, 2021 - Such a killer wine. Clear ruby color. Harmonious, complex bouquet of rhubarb, beef drippings, clay, pepper and soy, over tangy red currants and cranberries. Precise and focused on the palate, holding up so well. Raspberries and cherries, with smoky, mesquite, beefy, peppery tones. Elements of violets, clay, rhubarb and anise add all sorts of complexity. Crisp and effortless feel but so complex and delicious.
