Thursday, January 12, 2012 - Soft and subtle, but with multiple dimensions. Honeydew melon dominates the nose, with an accent of citrus and a hint of pine needles. A hint of residual sweetness up front, with lingering lemon-lime-soda tartness in the finish. Grows more complex as it warms, and is probably best served at a rosé-like temperature instead of typical white chill levels.
