Wednesday, March 26, 2014 - 2013 editon of En Primeur - Kelly and Kevin’s excellent adventure; 3/26/2014-4/1/2014 (Mostly in Bordeaux and a night in Paris): Fabrice mentioned that the 10s are closing down so he was offering only a couple of the 10s. Nice ripe black fruit driven nose, blackberries, blackberry jam, lovely Vosne spices, tree bark and mushroom. Medium concentration, sweet dark fruit driven palate impression, mineral and nicely integrated tannins. Quite complex overall expression but will improve nicely for at least a decade. Nice showing.
