Wednesday, May 25, 2022 - This was really enjoyable, but I found this to be a bit too early to drink. Consumed over the course of 5-6 hours this seemed to pick up weight as the night progressed. Still a bit tannic as well.

If I had more I’d probably wait another 5-10 years for the others, but this was still very enjoyable now.
