Wednesday, February 17, 2021 - SLDS February 2021: 1216 bottles made. Perfumed nose - violets, cherry, spice and herbs. Sweet and spice driven on the palate. Plenty of fine acidity - still needs a bit of time to come together with the rest of the wine as it is still young. Could be a star with time.
