Wednesday, March 8, 2017 - Michael Schuster Fine Wine Course Day 6 (Headspace, Hatton Gardens, London): Pale garnet, pale rim. Gentle sweet fruit on the nose, hint of game and earth. Developing. Pure fruit, not complex, gentile tannins, silky fresh acidity, nice length. A typical better-quality village wine, has plenty of life left in it.
