Saturday, July 15, 2023 - This was the right time to drink. Maybe even a bit past its peak for my bottle. Lovely subtle nose of red fruit and smooth, lingering pallet with nice acidity throughout - little to no tannin. At first bottle opening, body appeared moderate but became lighter over time. All in all, a very enjoyable Burgundy.
