Sunday, February 25, 2024 - 14.5% abv. Dark garnet/plum color, opaque core. Viscous, glass staining red tears. Dry tannins on pnp that fade after 60 min and offer hint of sweetness, however, a monolithic profile persists. Bold black and red fruit, plum, licorice all jumble together to show flashes of great fruit overshadowed by oak and blending. Throws modest sediment; not sure this has more than 2-3 good years left.
