Thursday, September 25, 2014 - Extremely dark and young looking, even blueish. Interesting complex nose with berries, dust, floral elements and a lovely warm aroma in the vicinity of fried fish (!). Very clean bright fruit and aromatically complex, ending on a very dry note. Tannins only appear after some time and with the dregs. Original and interesting.

Four days later, a glass was poured from the recorked half-bottle: Further development. The rest put in the fridge.

A week after the first taste: It is even better than at first, showing berries and fir needles in the nose, and great structure with a savoury velvety feel and cutting acidity. This will keep for a long time I am sure, but I really like now.
