Thursday, February 21, 2008 - A delicious Kabinett, straw gold, nose of petrol, dried fruit. Bracing acidity, offset by a surprising sweetness (for a Kabinett). Petrol continues to the palate, with an enjoyable mouth feel that keeps you coming back for more.
