Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - From a 375. On pop and pour, this was not quite disjointed but more rough. Pouring through Vinturi, helped but still young and tight. Underneath there was an interesting burst of fruit which seemed dominated by the Petite. Even from the 375, it needs time or much air.
