Sunday, August 1, 2010 - A fantastic, mature Bordeaux. Plenty of fruit and life despite a very low shoulder fill on the bottle. Colour-wise, there was some orange and browning at the edge but the core was still deep ruby red. Some sediment but not too much. The palate was smooth as silk and if anything, this put on weight as the evening wore on. Delicious!
