Friday, December 2, 2011 - Seventh Annual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): Served in flight alongside Ducru 61, 66 and 82. Bottle in good condition with very high shoulder fill. Aromas of forest floor, leather, cigar box and some smoke. Very lean character on the palate with more structure than anything else, this wine was in a distant 4th place in a very good flight.
