Thursday, February 19, 2015 - The surprise of the evening for me. Dark and red fruits, tobacco, and a light funkiness led to a captivating nose. Leads one to question what other underappreciated vintages may become with time. The palate and finish performed well for the first hour but then began to thin, suggesting that the time for this wine is now.
