Friday, January 22, 2016 - White pepper, mature dark fruit, earthy notes. Mature but vibrant showing a slow progression over the course of two hours of air time. Decanted but consumed immediately and over two hours. I've found that these bottles can range from tired and dusty, to forward but elegant, to somewhat young and closed.
