Wednesday, March 1, 2017 - Pop and pour. Fully mature with bricking to the core. Nose and palate were singing with tart red cherries, decaying floral notes, five spice, and cedar. Mid-palate was in perfect harmony with light and chewy red fruits cradled between mouth-watering acidity and sweet, barely there tannins. Finish was lengthy and complex. This was a great bottle to be sure!
