Thursday, May 18, 2023 - A bit shocked to report that this could use a bit more time in the cellar. Great fruit in no danger of drying out, but acidity and tannins are prevalent enough that I’d hold. Of course, as Hardy Wallace put it: “…how ripe do you like your banana?”
