Sunday, May 5, 2013 - Beautiful nose, with remarkeable complexity. Unfiltered and unfined. The palate is dry, but with lots of fruit, balanced by medium (+) to pronounced acidity. The alcohol is medium (++) at 15.8%. The tannins are medium plus. Overall, this is a very nicely balanced, age-worthy wine. Undoubtedly new world in style, while retaining some old world elegance and restraint.
