Wednesday, November 1, 2023 - Salmon pink. Smelled strawberry, ruby red grapefruit or maybe orange, brioche, and yeastiness; tasted the same. The mousse persists pretty well, the body is light, the finish is refreshing with fruitiness fading to dry with medium length. Could use a touch more acid, but in the whole one to come back to especially at the price.
