Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - Color is a golden orange. Lovely nose of strawberry, green apple, pear. Fresh and bright. Large bubbles, not super refined. Palate is a bit flat, but a nice mix of strawberry, red fruit, and orchard fruit, decent acidity. Definitely an enjoyable pour.
